KIDS QUEST

KIDS QUEST IS A FUN, INTERACTIVE PLACE FOR KIDS TO LEARN ABOUT GOD AND APPLY HIS TRUTH TO THIER LIVES.  IT IS DESIGNED TO BE A QUALITY LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUR CHILD'S FAITH DEVELOPMENT.

Our goal is that all Kids Quest Ministries at Rosewood Park are a place where kids will SEEK truth together, EXPLORE the Bible, FIND God and DISCOVER who they are created to be.  Our lessons each weekend are adapted to the age level of each group of children.

In our Preschool Kids Quest classes (Age 2-Kindergarten) kids will enjoy games, crafts, Bible stories and music as they discover God's love for them.

Our Grade 1-4 kids enjoy a Large Group/Small Group setting.  The Large Group time includes worship and Bible teaching.  During the small group time the kids are split into two classes, Grade 1&2 and Grade 3&4.  In those classes the kids have time to build relationships, pray and apply the lesson from the large group time in a fun and age appropriate way.

The Grade 5&6's worship with their parent(s) at the beginning of the service and are dismissed at Fellowship time to their classroom.  This class is a place where the kids can start to take their Bible knowledge and apply it to their daily lives.  It is a place where they can talk about real life issues and experience the support of a community.

Time: These classes run during the Sunday Morning service.

Holiday Schedule: During July and August and on holidays, the schedule may change slightly. Please refer to the bulletin for details.

Location: Children's Wing (Hallway near the office)

Check In & Out: All of our programs use our new check-in system KidCheck. We encourage parents/guardians to create an account at home before attending our programing. You can create an account at go.kidcheck.com. By creating an account before attending our program, it allows the check-in process to go much quicker.  A Parent/Guardian must Check in and Pick up their child/children from the Preschool & Grade 1-4 Classes.

Plan to Protect:
At Rosewood Park, we care about your children and take our responsibility seriously when they are left in our care.  We have an active program to reduce the risk of a child or young person being harmed or abused in any way. Our program, 'Plan to Protect' requires that we do our due diligence in choosing and training all our volunteers and we require them to provide us with a current police check every three years. Our volunteers are identified by a Rosewood lanyard/nametag around their necks.

Children love snacks and in many of our Children & Youth programs snacks are provided.  If your child/children have any allergies please be sure to let us know when you drop them off.
