Are both weeks of camp the same?

Yes, we do run the same program for both weeks. Your child will find that there are some differences from week to week because of a different group of leaders and fellow campers.

Will my child be in the same group as their friends?

We do our best to accommodate the friend request on the registration form but we do not guarantee it. We split the groups by age range and so if you request for your child to be with someone who is a different age they may not be together.

If my child decides not to come, is my money refundable?

The $25 registration fee is non-refundable once you register your child. This year we are requiring families to pay in full two weeks prior to the beginning of your child's week of camp. If you cancel during the two weeks before your child is registered to come or if your child does not finish their camp session with us, there is no refund of camp fees. In order for us to be ready for your child's week of camp our numbers need to be set two weeks prior so we can confirm our field trips, supplies and food.

What if my child requires a special diet?

We do our best to accommodate for kids with various allergies. If your child has food allergies please let us know when you register your child so we can be in conversation and figure out how we can best meet the diet needs of your child.

Who are the volunteers that will be working with my child?

Our volunteer team is made up of quality youth and adults. They are all required to go through an application process, have a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector check done by the local police and they will participate in our 'Plan to Protect' training seminar. Your child;s care and safety are of the utmost importance to us. We take our role seriously and promise to do our very best in caring for your child while they are with us.
