Before and After School Care:
Registration for the 2016/2017 School Year will open on April 1, 2016 and will continue until the spots are filled.
Part-Time: Mornings Only
7:00am to 8:30am
Cost: $165/month + $50 Registration Fee
Part-Time: Afternoons Only
4:00pm to 5:30pm
Cost: $205/month + $50 Registration Fee
Full-Time: Both Mornings and Afternoons
7:00am to 8:30am and 4:00pm to 5:30pm
Cost: $290/month + $50 Registration Fee
*A $20/month discount will be applied for every additional child from the same household.*All rates include:
- Transportation to and from your child's school and Rosewood Park Alliance Church
- After School snack
- All program supplies
1. Fill in the Registration Form online.
2. Pay the $50 Non-refundable Registration Fee. You may choose to pay this fee online with your registration, mail in a cheque, or pay in the church office.
Once the Registration Fee has been received, you will receive a welcome package with additional forms and a copy of the Parent Handbook.
3. Fill in the additional forms:
a. Emergency Information
b. Social Resume
c. Transportation Consent Form
d. School's Out Reservation Form
4. Create a KidCheck account.
5. Read the Parent Handbook.
6. Provide post-dated cheques for the duration of the school year for the first of each month or a void cheque for automatic withdrawal.
Please make all cheques payable to Rosewood Park Alliance Church.
Once care has begun, notification for withdrawal must be made in writing one month in advance of departure. One month's fee will be charged in the event that proper notification is not received.
